How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your Microdrinks sugar-free and vegan?
Yes, all our Microdrinks are 100% sugar-free, vegan, gluten-free, and contain no artificial preservatives. We use high-quality fruit and plant extracts to provide natural flavor.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumables that have been opened or accessories that show signs of use.

How should I clean my waterdrop® bottles?
Our glass and stainless steel bottles are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing the bamboo lids to preserve their longevity. Always ensure the bottle is fully dry before storing.
