We want you to love your hydration experience, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and unopened items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, food products and opened beverage cubes cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
